PUBLIC NOTICE FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Morgantown requests statements of qualifications from architecture and engineering firms to provide professional services for design, bidding and Construction Administration and Construction Inspection services in connection with the Chestnut Street Streetscapes Project. This project will follow the 5G state code for consultant procurement and the selected consultant must provide a DOH approved audited overhead rate and certified wage rates. Interested firms can view the project area at their convenience.
