ORDER OF PUBLICATION
Pursuant to Rule 4(E) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, upon review of the record hereby enters and Order of Publication for service of the Petition against the Biological Father, Charles Raymond Stearns. An advertisement shall be published in qualified newspapers, Times West Virginian, based in Marion County, West Virginia, and The Meadville Tribune, based in Crawford County, Pennsylvania, by running a legal advertisement once a week for two consecutive weeks.
The Order of Publication shall give the style of the suit as follows: In the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia; In re: The Petition of Joseph Lee Usher, and Kassandra Autumn Stearns, for the Adoption of L.C.S., a minor child under the age of eighteen (18) years, Case No.: 25-A-4, before the Honorable Judge Patrick Wilson.
The Order of Publication shall state the object of the above civil action is as follows:
This action is for adoption by the Petitioners, Joseph Lee Usher and Kasssandra Autumn Stearns.
Further, the Order of Publication shall state that it is ordered that the Biological Father, Charles Raymond Stearns, is to serve upon the Circuit Clerk of Marion County, West Virginia, located at the Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street, Fairmont, WV 26554, an answer or other defense to the Petition within 30 days of this publication; otherwise that judgment by default will be rendered against the Biological Father, Charles Raymond Stearns.
Finally, the Order of Publication shall state that the Biological Father, Charles Raymond Stearns, can obtain a copy of the Petition from the Marion County Circuit Clerk located at the aforementioned address.
