OF PETITION FOR FORFEITURE
The object of this suit is to seek an Order forfeiting the herein described property pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act (Chapter 60A, Article 7, of the West Virginia Code, as amended).
TO ANY CLAIMANT OF A RIGHT OR INTEREST IN SAID
PROPERTY
You have the right to file a claim to the herein described property on or before the 22nd day of May, 2025. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the Claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon said Claimant. The property seized and subject of this suit is described as follows Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-nine Dollars ($2,439.00) In United States Curency, Gun SMITH AND WESSON M&PN .45 JPB1575, Gun Walther PPK/S WF061145, Gun SMITH AND WESSONSW40VEDVV9358, Gun EAA .38/.357 1040097, Ruger 10/22 Charger, 490-86769, Winchester70 G1353355, Gun SMITH AND WESSON 1000M FB71624, Ruger AR556, Real Property Located at 738 Linwood Street, Fairmont WV 26554, belonging to Chad McGee and Judy Crum.
The Law Enforcement Agency responsible for the seizure is the WEST VIRGINIA STATE POLICE. The seizure took place on February 10, 2025, in Marion County, West Virginia.
That a certain Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-nine Dollars ($2,439.00) In United States Currency, Gun SMITH AND WESSON M&PN .45 JPB1575, Gun Walther PPK/S WF061145, Gun SMITH AND WESSONSW40VEDVV9358, Gun EAA .38/.357 1040097, Ruger 10/22 Charger, 490-86769, Winchester70 G1353355, Gun SMITH AND WESSON 1000M FB71624, Ruger AR556, Real Property Located at 738 Linwood Street, Fairmont WV 26554, belonging to Chad McGee and Judy Crum, was in the possession of Nicole Fike, Chad McGee, Denzil Masters and Judy Crum found during a search the home they shared on February 10, 2025 on Linwood Street Fairmont.
That after the date for filing of said claims an Order of the Court directing forfeiture of said seized property to the State and vesting ownership of said property shall be sought.
If you fail to file a claim, thereafter an Order, upon proper hearing may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition may be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of the Court.
