Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality,
for a Class II update
and Title V minor
modification to the existing
45CSR13 Construction
Permit R13-3380F for
a Natural Gas Compresor Station located 1.3 miles
south of Middlebourne in Tyler County, West
Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.47547N, 80.91000W.
The applicant estimates
the change in potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
VOC 7.02 lb/hr and
1.63 ton/yr
Total HAPs 0.14 lb/hr
and 0.005 ton/yr
Written comments will be received by the West
Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality,

for at least 30 calendar
days from the date of
publication of this notice.
