The object of this action is to obtain LEGAL GUARDIANSHIP of minor children, A.S.E. and Z.H.E. by TAMMY WESTERHAUSEN, Petitioner. Any person having any objection to said legal guardianship should serve their objection upon Clarissa M. Banks, Esq., counsel for the Petitioner at her address of Post Office Box 4027, Morgantown, WV 26504, on or before the 29th day of May, 2025.
Failure to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the above numbered action.
A hearing has been scheduled on the 30th day of May, 2025, before the Honorable Matthew Delligatti at 10:30 a.m. o’clock, in the Circuit Court of Marion County, Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street, Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the Clerk of the Court at her office.
