NOTICE Pursuant to West Virginia Code§ 59-3-1 this advertisement is intended to provide notice that the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department is selling real property located at 111 Laurel Terrace, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia; Raleigh County, Beckley District, Tax Map 41, Parcel 41012600000000 (1-41-126); Parcel l-41012500000000 (l-41-125) with such property consisting of a residence and approximately 0.0800 on Parcel 1-41-126; and 0.1100 on Parcel 1-41-125, Raleigh County Assessor Account Number 06125846 and account 06125855.
The two surface tracts are described in a deed record book with the Raleigh County Commission for Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 5010, page 159, both tracts being named.
The property is to be sold in AS IS condition.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale. Starting bid is $28,6000.00. Ten (10%) percent of the purchase price shall be paid to the Sheriff Department, which will be held in trust from the date of the sale, and the balance must be available on the date the matter is presented to the Court for approval or rejection of sale.
The date of the sale is May 30th, 2025 on the front steps of 111 Laurel Terrace, Beckley, WV.
