The object of the above entitled action is for Kara Lynn Harris to legally change his/her name to Kai West Harris. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Kara Lynn Harris to Kai West Harris.
A hearing shall be on the 27th day of May, 2025 at 2:00PM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or pulblication.
