Notice is hereby given that the Petitioner has filed a Petition for Modification of Shared Parenting which will brought on for hearing before the Family Court of Hampshire County West Virginia, in the Hampshire County Family Court Courtroom located at 50 South High Street #5, Romney, West Virginia, on the 15th day of July 2025, at the hour of 10:30 o’clock a.m. at which time you may be present to protect your interests if you so desire.
A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk. You many also serve upon the Petitioners’ attorney, Nelson M. Michael, at his office address of Post Office Box 59, Keyser, West Virginia 26726, any answer or answers you may have be the 23rd of June, 2025. If you fail to so appear, the relief requested may be granted by the Court.
