REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Mingo County Commission, 78 East 2nd Ave., Room 308, Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia is seeking sealed proposals for its annual insurance coverage, details of which will be provided. A packet containing all pertinent information is available by contacting Tina Lockard at 304-235-0349 or by email at: [email protected]. Proposals will be accepted by hand delivery to Tina Lockard at her office located on the third floor of the main courthouse, Room 308, or by U.S. mail addressed as follows: Nathan Brown, Mingo County Commission president; Attention: Tina Lockard; 78 East Second Ave., Room 308, Williamson, WV 25661. Proposals will be accepted until 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Proposals will be opened and read aloud at the Mingo County Commission special meeting session scheduled to begin at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Submitters are encouraged to attend the June 17, 2025 special county commission meeting to answer any questions that may arise. All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “PROPOSAL – MINGO COUNTY COMMISSION INSURANCE”. The Mingo County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities on the bidding process. No submitter may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days of after the date of the proposal opening. The successful submitter will enter into a contract agreeable to the Mingo County Commission.
