PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CLOUD-BASED, WEB-BASED PHA MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE Notice is provided to interested parties that Charleston-Kanawha Housing Authority (CKHA) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced software providers for a web-based software solution hosted in the cloud for PHA management software and accounting, including full data migration services.
