The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Hometown Care, CON File #25-10/11-13288-BH, for the provision of IDD Waiver Services in Hancock, Brooke, Ohio and Marshall Counties in WV. Capital Expenditure $1,500.
