REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LEGAL SERVICES Boone County Public Service District is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms capable of providing legal services in support of its planned waterline extension project serving the Rock Creek Development Park (WV IJDCD Project No. 2023W-2491). Serving as Project Counsel, the selected individual or firm will provide all legal services necessary for the successful completion of the project including title work to support the acquisition of lands and easements and representation to the WV PSC if necessary.
