AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that the R.G. Johnson Company, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G50-B, General Permit Registration for a Concrete Batch Plant located at 10 South Entry Rd. Metz, West Virginia 26585. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: N 39.63449, W -80.39799
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

2.12 tons/yr 1.11 tons/yr
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th Day of July 2025. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
