PUBLIC NOTICE The Regional Intergovernmental Council (RIC) has prepared the FY 2025 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Update for WV Region 3 (Boone, Clay, Kanawha and Putnam counties). The CEDS includes the goals, objectives and strategies for community and economic development for the period of June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026.
