Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of JUNE 2025, Peititoner, STEVIE LEWIS LUSK OBO J.S.H., filed a Petition in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West VIrginia, for an Order by said Court, changing the name of J.S.H. to J.S.L. If anyone shall object to this name change they may petition the Mercer County Circuit Court located at 1501 Main Street, Suite 111, Princeton, WV 24740, on or before JULY 7th 2025 @ 3:00 p.m. in the Honorable RYAN FLANIGAN’S Courtroom or (10) days of this publication.
