Downtown Sidewalk Repair
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Downtown Sidewalk Repair project will be received by City of Fairmont, at 200 Jackson Street, until 12:00 PM local time on Friday, July 11th, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of all specified site work for the demolition and replacement of approximately 3,150 square yards of concrete, 2,700 linear foot of curbing, 2 ADA ramps, 1 modified curb wall, and other work in downtown Fairmont as indicated on the drawings.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Monday, June 23rd at the Meredith Building located at 200 Jackson Street. A site visit will follow.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
