Request for Proposals for Bathroom Renovations
The Hampshire County Commission is requesting proposals for the renovation of two (2) existing bathrooms and the construction of a new bathroom at the Capon Bridge Community Complex located at 195 Capon School St., Capon Bridge, WV 26711.
Interested parties and proposers are required to attend a pre-proposal site visit in order to submit a proposal. The Pre-Proposal site visit is scheduled for June 24,2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site.
Proposals shall be submitted via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx or hand delivered to the Hampshire County Clerk’s office at 19 East Main St., Romney, WV 26757. Each Proposal shall be clearly marked “Bathroom Renovations”. Proposals are due to the County Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on July 2, 2025. The Proposals opening will be on July 7, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the County Clerk’s office and will be forwarded to the County Commission July 8, 2025 Meeting for consideration.
