REQUEST FOR COMMISSIONING SERVICES ZMM Architects & Engineers on behalf of the Roane-Jackson Technical Center Administrative Council (Owner) requests written proposals from qualified professionals to secure commissioning services for the new Electrical and HVAC Lab Building at Roane-Jackson Technical Center. It is the owner’s intent to ensure that the fundamental systems are calibrated and operating as required per specifications. The new Electrical and HVAC Lab Building consists of 13,400 square feet on one level with a storage mezzanine. Commissioning services are to ensure that all building systems perform interactively according to the design intent expressed in all drawings and specifications of the construction documents and meet the Owner’s operational needs. Drawings and Specifications can be obtained by calling the Receptionist at ZMM and asking for ShareFile access. ZMM and the Roane-Jackson Technical Center Administrative Council will follow the 5G Process and the WV School Building Authority ‘s guidelines on Commissioning Services. Qualified Professionals are invited to submit expressions of interest including a statement of qualifications no later than 4:00 p.m. local time, on July 17, 2025, at the ZMM Offices, 222 Lee Street West, Charleston, West Virginia, 25302.
