NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mannington Planning Commission will hold public hearings to determine the feasibility of the following:
ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS ON TINY HOMES;
ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES ON THE PRACTICE OF
BEEKEEPING;
ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR THE HOUSING OF
BACKYARD CHICKENS AND CHICKEN COOPS AND
ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS ON THE KEEPING OF LIVESTOCK AND ROOSTERS
The hearing will be held on the 29th day of July 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers of city hall at 206 Main Street, Mannington, WV at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
