2025, at 10:00 a.m. on the said day, or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the
Honorable Judge C. Richard Wilson, Jamie Lynn
Simpson will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of
Tyler County, West Virginia, for entry of an Order by
said Court changing her name from Jamie Lynn
Simpson to Jamie Lynn McEwan at which time and
place any interested party may appear and be heard, if
they so desire. You are hereby notified that this matter
may be rescheduled without further notice or
publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the
undersigned Clerk at her office at 230 Main Street,
Middlebourne, WV.
