Mineral County Schools are seeking sealed bids for two modular.

Mineral County Schools would like interested parties to submit a sealed bid for the below described modular buildings, located at the Wiley Ford School, Wiley Ford, WV. Interested parties may mail-in or hand-deliver sealed bids to Mineral County Schools Bus Garage, ATTN: John Droppleman, 1207 Harley O Staggers Drive Keyser, WV 26726. All bids must be delivered by noon (12:00 p.m.) on July 7, 2025. Please put Modular 1 or Modular 2 on the outside of the envelope to indicate which Modular you are bidding on. All bids are final and will be publically opened at the Bus Garage Office at 1:00pm on July 7, 2025. The winning bidder will be notified the day of bid opening and will need to submit payment in the form of check, money order, or cashier’s check to Sara Keplinger at the Bus Garage within 10 days (July 16, 2024). It will be the Interested Party’s (Winning Bidder’s) responsibility to remove the Modular they purchased at their expense, within 30 days of notification of winning bid.

Modular #1
Is described as a 2007, modular, equipped with two classrooms and two bathrooms, the dimensions are 24 x 72, and it is white and brown in color. The serial number for this building is KG50733600NB. There will be a $1,000.00 minimum bid and if this is met it is understood that transfer to the winning bid is approved. The individual with the winning bid will have 30 days, upon notification, to remove the building at their own expense.

Modular #2
Is described as a 2012, modular, equipped with two classrooms and two bathrooms, the dimensions are 27 x 72, and it is white and blue in color. The serial number for this building is BDI4974AB. There will be a $2,000.00 minimum bid and if this is met it is understood that transfer to the winning bid is approved. The individual with the winning bid will have 30 days, upon notification, to remove the building at their own expense.
