Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “BID FOR SURPLUS PROPERTY” bids may be mailed to North Beckley Public Service District, 122 Clear Water Lane Beckley, WV 25801-3159 or delivered to the same address. The items may be inspected at the Districts treatment plant located at 122 Clear Water Lane, Beckley, WV between the hours of 7:00 am & 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by cash, money order, or certified check.
