MAIN STREET, SUITE 2000, LEXINGTON, KY 40507 has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 109.6 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 1101 George Kostas Drive, Logan, WV 25601, for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number O300205 to Other-Haulroad Only in the N/A seam of coal. The operation is discharging into unnamed tributaries of/and Toms Fork of/and Cabin Creek of Kanawha River; unnamed tributaries of/and Moccasin Hollow of/and Left Fork of White Oak Creek, unnamed tributaries of/and Road Fork, unnamed tributaries of/and Spruce Fork, all of White Oak Creek, unnamed tributaries of/and Seng Creek, unnamed tributaries of/and Rockhouse Creek of/and Clear Fork; all of the Big Coal River of Coal River of Kanawha River and is located 4.7 miles, northwest of Dorothy in Cabin Creek, Clear Fork, and Sherman Districts of Boone, Kanawha, and Raleigh Counties, Longitude 81° 28’ 24” and Latitude 38° 1’ 28” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
