PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Elevator Inspection and Maintenance Services The Wayne County Board of Education is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide elevator inspection and maintenance services for various school facilities (6 locations) throughout Wayne County, West Virginia. Scope of Work Includes: Routine inspection and preventative maintenance of all district-owned elevator systems Testing and certification in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations Emergency repair services on an as-needed basis Detailed reporting of inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions Proposal Requirements: Company qualifications and relevant experience Proof of current licensure and insurance Detailed pricing structure (inspection, routine maintenance, emergency service rates) References from similar contracts with public or educational institutions Submission Information: All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Elevator Inspection/Maintenance Services Proposal” Proposals should be mailed or delivered to: Wayne County Board of Education Attn: Superintendent Todd Alexander 212 North Court Street Wayne, WV 25570 Deadline for Submission: July 24, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. The Wayne County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept the proposal deemed most favorable and in the best interest of the school system.
