It appearing by affidavit filed in this that Curtis Ryan Fasching is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Curtis Ryan Fasching serve upon Hannah Elizabeth Helmick, Petitioner, whose address is 231 Reeds Drive, Augusta, WV 26704, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before August 4, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
