Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of July, 2025 at 11:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Vanessa Bower will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s child or ward’s name from Morgan Marie Warren to Morgan Marie Bower, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
