Sealed bids will be received by the City of Elkins on or before Thursday, July 17th at 2:00 p.m. Sealed bids must be delivered to the City of Elkins, Jessie Kittle, 216 4th St., Elkins, West Virginia 26241 and CLEARLY marked Sealed bid for Demolition. On that day all sealed bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m. and read aloud. Interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening at the above-mentioned date and time. No bids will be accepted after the deadline. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of (90) days after the time of the bid opening without the consent of the City of Elkins. The City of Elkins reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularity therein.
