Telephone: 304-284-7540 or email: [email protected] SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: A determination has been made by Jon Bourdon, NRCS State Conservationist in West Virginia, to issue a Finding of No Significant Impact for the proposed works of improvement for the rehabilitation of Dam No. 7 in the Blakes Creek-Armour Creek Watershed in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The Blakes Creek-Armour Creek Supplemental Watershed Plan-Environmental Assessment prepared for this project indicates that this Federal action will not cause significant adverse local, regional, or national impacts to the environment. Therefore, based on the above findings, Jon Bourdon has determined that an environmental impact statement for the Blakes Creek-Armour Creek Watershed is not required. The sponsoring local organization (City of Nitro.) concur in this determination.
