AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE NOTICE OF APPLICATION Notice is given that Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for a Natural Gas Transmission Station located on Elk River Rd, in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.48710, -81.31935. The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants to be: VOC = 0.07 TPY CO = 1.14 TPY NOx = 1.35 TPY PM / PM10 / PM2.5 = 0.10 TPY SO2 = 0.01 TPY HAPs = 0.03 TPY Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance.
