Lavon D. Hunter, believed to bc a deceased person, the
HEIRS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN OF LAVON D.
HUNTER, a deceased person, JOSEPH HUNTER, in his own
person, JOSEPH T. HUNTER, a non-resident of Clay County,
and the State of West Virginia, JOSEPH T. HUNTER,
believed to be a deceased person, the HEIRS, AND
UNKNOWN OF JOSEPH T. HUNTER, a deceased person
and OTHER UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS..
(The object of this action is to notify the above-named Defendants of this pending action by the Plaintiffs to Quiet Title, or in the alternative award judgment for Adverse Possession in favor of the Plaintiffs by the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia).
You are hereby notified that a Civil complaint has been filed with the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia, on the 22nd day of May 2025, and assigned Case Numbers 25-C-14. You are hereby notified that you have the right to answer said complaint and you have the right to have counsel present at all stages of these proceedings.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the above-named Defendants, Lavon D. Hunter, Joseph T. Hunter, and any Known or Unknown Heirs, shall file an answer or any other pleadings by mailing the same to the Clerk to the Circuit Court, at 246 Main Street, Clay, WV 25043, with copy to Randy L. White and Joyce R. White at 1132 Clinic Dr., Ivydale, WV 25113 within thirty (30) days of the filing of this publication, or judgement by default in favor of the Plaintiff, may be taken against him.
A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the Office of the Circuit Court of Clay County, West Virginia, at the Clay County Courthouse, Clay, West Virginia.
