Metal Building Installation on Existing Concrete Pad
Clay County Commission is currently seeking bids for the supply and installation of a metal building on a pre-existing concrete pad. The pad dimensions are 48 feet by 100 feet.
Building Specifications:
• Main Building Dimensions: 28’W x 100’ L x 12’ H
• Lean-tos: 10’ wide lean-to on each side of the building
• Lean-to Height: 8’ with 2/12” roof pitch
• Roof Style: Vertical
• Framing Gauge: 14 Gauge
• Wind/Snow Rating: Certified for 140 MPH wind and 30 PSF

• Insulated walls

• Roof Color: Evergreen Trim Color: Evergreen Side/End Wall

• Front of Building:
– Double door cutout. 2 windows
• Right Side:
– 4 windows evenly spaced 2 entry doors (one on each end) • Left Side:
