Notice is hereby given that WV RECLAIM CO, LLC, 2122 LEATHERWOOD ROAD, BICKMORE, WV 25019 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suit 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for a Phase 2 and 3 release on Permit Number S200494 Increment Number 1 issued for 447 acres.
The permit is located in HENRY District of Clay County, 4.6 miles east of bickmore, on Franks Branch of Lilly Fork of Buffalo Creek of Elk River.
WV RECLAIM CO, LLC completed final reclamation on 3/18/2010 and is requesting 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $703,080.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until 7/14/25, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
