PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Katherine Marie Sommers intends to request an Order from the Family Court of HAMPSHIRE County, State of West Virginia for name change to Katherine Marie Higgs, after this Notice has been published for one week and proof of same rendered to the Court. A hearing on this matter will be held on the 11th day of September, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. before the Hampshire County Family Court located at the Hampshire County Judicial Center, 50 S. High Street, Romney, West Virginia.
Any person who has objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change. This publication shall contain a provision that the hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
