NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been scheduled for Monday July 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Planning Commission on the following matter:
SLD2025-03: US Developers LLC request approval of a preliminary plan for a mixed-use development of commercial and apartment uses at 213 N. Samuel Street. It is located at the intersection of N. Samuel Street and E. North St, and is also identified as Tax District 3/Map 2/Parcel 76. The property is zoned Old Town Mixed-Use Commercial.
BR2025-07: Request by DR Acquisitions for a bond release in the amount of $63,878 for Phase 5A of Huntfield community. Phase 5A is based around Butler Street.
BR2027-08: Request by Arcadia Land Inc. for a bond release in the amount of $582,931.42 for Phases 9 and 10A of the Norborne-Glebe community. These pashes are based around Felderg Drive, Barksdale Drive, and Solstice Way.
