NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been scheduled for Monday July 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Planning Commission on the following matter:
ANX2025-01: An annexation request by Romero Edix A Quijadas to annex into the City of Charlestown, the property located at 54 Federal Way. This property is approximately .11 acres in size, is located approximately 350 south of the intersection of Federal Way and E. Washington St., and is also identified as Tax District 2/Map 10A/ Parcel 23. The Charles Town Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map identifies this parcel as Mixed Use Commercial.
