BID NOTICE
Marion County Schools is requesting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of new playground equipment at Barnes Learning Center, 100 Naomi Street, Fairmont, WV 26554. The project includes delivery and installation of age appropriate and ADA compliant play structures for ages 5-12, surfacing and related site amenities. Bidders must be properly licensed, insured, and have experience in school playgrounds. Proposals should include plan and timeline, equipment specifications, warranty information, and complete cost estimate. Marion County Schools will be receiving bids up to 4:00pm on Monday, August 4, 2025, at the Marion County Board of Education Central Offices, 1516 Mary Lou Retton Drive, Fairmont, WV 26554.
