IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 25-JA-29/30 CYNTHIA CRISWELL, biological mother of infants D.C., whose date of birth his October 5, 2009 and B.C., whose date of birth is June 23, 2012; and WILLIAM CRISWELL, biological father of infants D.C., whose date of birth is October 5, 2009 and B.C., whose date of birth is June 23, 2012 natural children of Cynthia Criswell.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that CYNTHIA CRISWELL and WILLIAM CRISWELL have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of D.C., whose date of birth his October 5, 2009 and B.C., whose date of birth is June 23, 2012. It is ORDERED that CYNTHIA CRISWELL and WILLIAM CRISWELL are to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 22nd day if July, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of CYNTHIA CRISWELL, biological mother of infants D.C., whose date of birth his October 5, 2009 and B.C., whose date of birth is June 23, 2012 ; and WILLIAM CRISWELL, biological father of infants D.C., whose date of birth is October 5, 2009 and B.C., whose date of birth is June 23, 2012 may be terminated.
