NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 12th day of August, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Derek & Barbara Saunders for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Family Cemetery on property located at 768 Bennett Mountain Road, Shady Spring, WV, Richmond District, Tax Map 11, Parcel 2, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
