The object of the above entitled action is a circuit court matter whereby Petitioners are filing a Petition for Adoption.

It appearing that the whereabouts of said Respondents, Tabitha Nicholle Defibaugh and Unknown Father, is unknown by Petitioners; therefore, it is

Ordered that Respondents, Tabitha Nicholle Defibaugh and Unknown Father, do appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, Esq., Petitioners’ attorney, whose address is 345 Prince Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before August 15, 2025 otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.

A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at their office located in Lewisburg, West Virginia.
