DOB: 10/8/2015 Adult Respondents: Christopher Estep Unknown Father ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to determine whether or not the above-listed children are abused or neglected. It appears that Christopher Estep, as well as the unknown father’s whereabouts are unknown. Notice is hereby given that an adjudicatory hearing in the above-styled matter will take place in the Circuit Court of Boone County on the 18th day of August 2025, at 10:00 AM, before Judge Stacy Nowicki-Eldridge at the Boone County Courthouse, located at 200 State Street in Madison, West Virginia. These proceedings are closed to the general public. Christopher Estep, father of H.E. (DOB 12/8/2013), and the unknown father of T.E. (DOB 10/8/2015), have the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, counsel will be appointed by the Court on the filing of the proper affidavit. The mother of the infant respondents is Desirae Ellis. The above-styled proceedings may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of Christopher Estep, father of H.E. (DOB 12/8/2013) and the unknown father of T.E. (DOB 10/8/2015), with respect to the said children.
