The Jefferson County Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing for the following project(s) in accordance with the Jefferson County Subdivision and Land Development Regulations.

Proposal: Birdhill Meadows Preliminary Plat for a Major Subdivision. The proposal consists of the following: Construction for 104 Single-Family Detached Homes, Construction of 76 Townhomes, and Construction of 39 Villas. The proposed site improvements will include stormwater management facilities and road and public utilities
