NOTICE TO BID
The Ansted Certified Fire Department will be accepting request for bid proposals for the roof replacement, including a commercial gutter system on the fire station located at 96 Church Street, Ansted, West Virginia 25812.
Project material is for a Duro-Last build up system or equal for the 78 x 76 foot roof.
Detailed specification information may be obtained by contacting the fire department at [email protected] if unable to attend the pre-bid meeting. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Ansted Certified Fire Department located at the above address on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 6:00 PM.
Bids shall be sealed and labeled “sealed bid for the Ansted Certified Fire Department – and mailed to the Fayette County Commission, PO Box 307, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840 (or) can be delivered at the County Administrator’s Office, 100 N. Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840. Sealed Bids must be received NO LATER than 12:00 Noon Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
Bid Opening will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 during the regular meeting of the Fayette County Commission.
The Ansted Certified Fire Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted and to waive any or all formalities in bidding, as it may deem in its best interest.
