The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Adoration Home Health Acquisitions, LLC, CON File #25-12-13340-A, to become the sole member of Amedisys West Virginia, LLC and Tender Loving Care Health Care Services of West Virginia, LLC, providing services to Barbour, Boone, Brooke, Cabell, Calhoun, Clay, Doddridge, Fayette, Gilmer, Grant, Greenbrier, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Kanawha, Lewis, Lincoln, Logan, Marion, Marshall, Mason, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, Monongalia, Monroe, Nicholas, Ohio, Pleasants, Pocahontas, Preston, Putnam, Raleigh, Ritchie, Roane, Summers, Taylor, Tyler, Upshur, Webster, Wetzel, Wirt, Wood and Wyoming counties. Capital Expenditure $24,300,000.
