Invitation to Bid 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4×4 or Equivalent Mingo County Schools is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4×4 or equivalent vehicle for district use. Vehicle Requirements: Mingo County Schools is requesting bids for a two-row SUV that meets or exceeds the following specifications: 2025 model year or newer 4×4 drive type Automatic transmission Two-row seating configuration Gasoline engine preferred Standard safety and convenience features Bidders may submit proposals for an equivalent make and model that meets the above specifications. Equivalent vehicles will be reviewed for suitability based on features, reliability, and value. Instructions to Bidders: Include estimated lead time for vehicle delivery. Include a copy of your WV State Tax Department business registration certificate. Include a copy of your WV Secretary of State business registration certificate (if applicable). Be willing to complete a Mingo County Schools Vendor Registration Form if awarded the bid. Pre-payment is not permitted; vendors must accept a district purchase order in accordance with district and state purchasing policy. Submission Deadline: All sealed bids must be received by 2:00 PM on August 6th, 2025.
