NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Boone County Solid Waste Authority will hold a public hearing concerning the five year updates to the Boone County Solid Waste Authority’s Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan and Commercial Solid Waste Siting Plan. The hearing will take place at the Boone County Courthouse Annex Commission Chambers in Madison, WV, on September 16, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. during which time public comments will be heard. These plans may be reviewed at the Boone/Madison Librnry, Whitesville Library, Coal River Public Library, Barrett-Wharton Public Library, Boone County Clerk’s Office and the Region 3 Planning & Development Council Office in South Charleston.
