CITY OF SOUTH CHARLESTON MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Municipal Planning Commission for the City of South Charleston will hold a public hearing in Council Chambers, City Hall, 401 D Street, South Charleston, WV 25303 on Wednesday September 10, 2025 at 7:00 pm to receive public input of the draft comprehensive plan for the City of South Charleston.
