NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Northern Wayne County Public Service District will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 5:30 pm at the PSD office, 4393 5th Street Road, Huntington, West Virginia 25701. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for the public to become acquainted with the NWCPSD’s proposed Sewer System Improvements Project and to comment on economic and environmental impacts, service area, or alternatives to the project. Proposed project funding includes but is not limited to: WV Department of Environmental Project Clean Water State Revolving Fund Principal Forgiveness Design and Construction Loans; WV Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council Grant, and US Congressionally Directed Spending.
