NOTICE
On June 23, 2025, Moore’s Septic Pumping & Dumpster Rental, LLC filed an Application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation and rental of dumpsters in Morgan and Hampshire Counties, West Virginia. The certificate would read as follows:
To operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of dumpster containers from points and places in Morgan and Hampshire Counties, West Virginia to places of disposal.
Rates:
1. 15-yard container: $350 for 7-day rental
2. 18-yard container: $450 for 7-day rental
3. 24-yard container: $550 for 7-day rental
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten (10) days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
