Notice is hereby given to the above-named parties pursuant to West Virginia Code S 49-4-401 and S 59-3-1 that a Petition in the above captioned matter has been previously filed in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County. Notice is further given than a Final Hearing on the Petition for Modification of the Final Custodial Allocation Order is scheduled for August 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the Jefferson County Judicial Center, located at 110 North George Street, Charles Town, West Virginia, to determine the issues alleged in the Petition.
