The purpose of the above entitle action is to obtain an Order of the Court quieting title to the subject real estate and declare and order that Plaintiff Autumn H. Cook is vested with fee simple title to said real estate known and described as Lots 8, 9 and 10, Stephen Steet, Bolivar, West Virginia.
And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Defendants BARBARA WASHINGTON QUICK, THERESA ST. ROSE, TAWANA GREEN, ROBERT GREEN and DARRYL GREEN are non-residents of the State of West Virginia for whom no agent, or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had and their last known addresses are out of state, it is ORDERED that BARBARA WASHINGTON QUICK, THERESA ST. ROSE, TAWANA GREEN, ROBERT GREEN and DARRYL GREEN, do serve upon Braun A. Hamstead, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 507 S. Fairfax Blvd., Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer or other defense to the amended complaint filed in this action on or before September 5, 2025, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said amended complaint may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
